RETURNS:

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction with each and every purchase made from Shining Star Flags & Bandanas. As a result, we have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, you may return the product to us within 30-days from your receipt of such product for a full refund, excluding your original shipping charges. While you'll be responsible for all return shipping charges, we do NOT charge a restocking fee!

In order to take advantage of this 30-Day Money Back Guarantee and receive a refund, you must do the following:

  • Refrain from altering or damaging the product (including installing any flagpoles)
  • Re-pack the product in its original packaging and ship the same to us at the address below:

This guarantee applies to most of our products on our site. We will note any exceptions on the product page.

Please Note: Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee and return policy does not apply to any custom items ordered through Shining Star Flags & Bandanas.  All sales for custom items are final at the time a color rendition and specification sheet is approved by the customer and the custom order is processed.  While no returns are accepted, if upon receipt of the custom item there is a significant deviation in the colors from the approved color rendition or our manufacturer made a mistake in the design different from the color rendition and specification sheet, a new run will be made at no charge to the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the event that you are returning any product on the basis that it was received by you in a damaged or defective state, you must (in addition to the above requirements) notify us within 10-days from receipt of such product and provide us reasonable detail of such damage or defects. If we issue you a Return Authorization Number within such 10-day period, we'll pay for all return shipping charges; provided, that the returned items are shipped to us via UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post. If you fail to notify us of any damage or defects within such 10-day period, you will still be able to return the product within the 30-day Money Back Guarantee period; however, you will be fully responsible for all return shipping charges. No exceptions.

Please note that we do not issue Return Authorizations or refunds for any individual items that are part of a set unless you are returning the item because the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds

All refunds will be made by us within two (2) business days of our receipt of the original product in its original packaging. We will apply the refund to the original credit card used to make the purchase or by crediting the PayPal account if the purchase was made through PayPal.

In an effort to keep shipping costs down and to provide you excellent customer service, we ship our products via USPS Priority Mail. Depending on the size and weight of a particular item, we may ship products via UPS Ground, Airborne Express or other carrier. Shipping times are as follows:

We ship only to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO boxes (U.S. mail only). For orders that require shipping to any other destination, please contact us at Customer Service. We cannot guarantee any specific delivery date.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of submission. You will be notified by email if any item is back ordered and will have the opportunity to cancel your order if the estimated shipping date is not acceptable. If you need an item shipped sooner, please email us at Customer Service with the product item number, quantity and shipping receipt date desired and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
